Tempura chicken breast nuggets with a light white tempura coating that cooks to a crisp, appealing finish. Packed in convenient 1kg bags, these nuggets provide consistent quality and flexible portion control for busy commercial kitchens, catering services and bulk home use.

Cook from frozen. Do not thaw before cooking. For best results, arrange the nuggets in a single layer and avoid overcrowding.

Deep Fryer

Preheat oil to 180°C. Carefully place the frozen nuggets into the fryer and cook for approximately 3½–4½ minutes, or until the white tempura coating is lightly golden and crisp. Remove and allow excess oil to drain before serving.

Conventional Oven

Preheat oven to 200°C, or 180°C fan-forced. Arrange the frozen nuggets in a single layer on a lined baking tray. Cook for approximately 15–18 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

Air Fryer

Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Arrange the frozen nuggets in a single layer and cook for approximately 9–11 minutes, turning or shaking the basket halfway through cooking.

Cooking appliances vary. Adjust cooking times when required. Ensure the nuggets are thoroughly cooked and reach a minimum internal temperature of 75°C before serving. Do not refreeze after thawing.
