Can I explore products without an account?
Yes. Browse our business range and pack sizes without signing in. Your trade prices and ordering access become available after your business account is approved.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to selected addresses in Brisbane, Logan and Redlands. Not every suburb or street is covered. Contact our team with your delivery address; the options offered at checkout confirm availability.
What are the delivery minimum and charges?
The delivery minimum is $250 in products after discounts. For eligible approved wholesale orders from $250 to $499.99, delivery is $5 in the core zone or $15 in the extended zone. Eligible orders of $500 or more receive free delivery. Checkout confirms the applicable charge.
Can I collect my order from Rocklea?
Free pickup is available when offered at checkout. Arrange and confirm collection with our team before visiting Unit 22, 115 Dollis Street, Rocklea. The $250 delivery minimum does not apply to pickup unless checkout states otherwise.
Can schools and one-off events order?
Schools can use the Schools & Tuckshops path for supply and menu planning. For a one-off event, use Catering & Events or speak with our team about suitable products, quantities and ordering options.
