Who can join?
Triple C Rewards is for public/home buyers. Wholesale and school accounts have separate pricing and ordering arrangements.
Can existing customers join?
Yes. Use the same email as your existing customer account. WELCOME10 is available to customers who have not purchased before. Existing purchasers can still join for selected offers and updates.
How will I get my welcome offer?
Your signup confirmation and this page provide the offer details. Enter WELCOME10 at checkout using your member email for $10 off your first order with a product subtotal of $100 or more, excluding delivery. The code is limited to one use per eligible customer. Promotional emails are optional.
Does membership include free delivery?
Membership does not include extra free delivery. Existing minimum spends, delivery areas and fees apply. Check the delivery and pickup policy and the available options at checkout. Rocklea pickup is by prior arrangement.
Do I have to receive promotional emails?
No. The marketing checkbox is optional. You receive a signup confirmation, and you can unsubscribe from promotional emails while retaining your membership.

Who membership is for
Public/home buyers only. Membership does not provide wholesale or school pricing. Existing customers can join, but a first-order offer does not apply to previous purchases.
$10 welcome offer
Enter WELCOME10 at checkout for $10 off a first order with a product subtotal of $100 or more, excluding delivery. Available to customers who have not purchased before, with one use per customer. The code cannot be combined with other product, order or shipping discount codes. Use your member email at checkout. Final eligibility and the discount are shown before payment.
Delivery and availability
Existing delivery minimums, service areas and charges apply separately. The welcome threshold does not guarantee delivery eligibility. Rocklea pickup is by prior arrangement. Member specials and seasonal early access vary and do not guarantee stock.
Emails and rewards
Promotional email consent is optional. Unsubscribing from promotions does not cancel membership. A points wallet and automatic purchase-milestone rewards are not included in this version.
