Is membership really free?
Yes. The proposed club has no joining fee, subscription fee or ongoing purchase commitment. You pay for products and any applicable delivery charge when ordering.
Who can join?
The club is intended for public/home buyers. Wholesale and school accounts have their own pricing arrangements and will be excluded from these public member discounts.
Can existing customers join?
Yes. Use the same email as your existing customer account. The proposed welcome offer is for a first order, so previous purchasers would receive ongoing member benefits rather than a first-order discount.
How will I get my welcome offer?
After launch, your membership confirmation will show the redemption instructions. Sign in or use your member email at checkout. Email promotions require your separate consent; members who do not opt in will need access to their offer on the website.
Can I combine offers or use wholesale pricing?
The proposal is one eligible member offer per order, with no stacking against other discount codes or wholesale/school pricing. Excluded products and discounted bundles will be clearly identified before launch.
Does membership include free delivery?
No extra free-delivery entitlement is proposed. Existing minimum spends, delivery areas and fees apply. Check the delivery and pickup policy and the available options at checkout. Rocklea pickup is by prior arrangement.
Do I have to receive promotional emails?
No. The marketing checkbox is optional. Once launched, you can unsubscribe from promotional emails and retain your membership.
Do I earn points or rewards after every order?
This first version offers selected discounts and early access. It does not include a points wallet or an automatic three-order reward. Future rewards would be announced with their own terms.
What if I need help choosing products?
Check each product's pack size, ingredients, allergens, cooking and storage information. Contact the Triple C team or call (07) 3277 9608 for help before ordering.

These terms and the offer settings must be finalised before membership launches.
Who membership is for
Public/home buyers only. Membership does not provide wholesale or school pricing. Existing customers can join, but a first-order offer does not apply to previous purchases.
Proposed welcome offer
The proposed $10 discount applies once per eligible customer to a first order with a product subtotal over $150, excluding delivery. Final eligible products, exclusions, expiry and discount-combination rules must be confirmed, including how cancelled or refunded orders are treated.
Delivery and availability
Existing delivery minimums, service areas and charges apply separately. The welcome threshold does not guarantee delivery eligibility. Rocklea pickup is by prior arrangement. Member specials and seasonal early access vary and do not guarantee stock.
Emails and rewards
Promotional email consent is optional. Unsubscribing from promotions does not cancel membership. A points wallet and automatic purchase-milestone rewards are not included in this version.
