How to use the planner
Choose your products, enter the amount per guest and check the quantity in each sellable pack. Pack quantities and current prices load automatically for the configured range. Products without a fixed piece count use grams. You can also add your own ingredients and prices. Use pieces, grams or millilitres consistently for both the portion and pack.
For products sold by weight, choose grams: a 5 kg pack is 5,000 g. Pack purchase cost is the money needed for whole packs; portion cost covers only the amount used. Prices refresh on page reload. All amounts are AUD.
Public prices apply until you sign in with an approved wholesale account. Sign in with your approved wholesale account to view your account prices.

Quantities include your extra allowance. Planned portion cost covers the quantity used; pack purchase cost covers whole packs. Delivery, ingredients not entered, labour, equipment and selling margin are excluded. Custom prices should use the same tax basis as store prices. Volume discounts, checkout discounts and account quantity rules are not applied to this estimate. Confirm final quantities, availability and pricing when ordering.

Are products supplied raw or cooked?
We supply foodservice products for your kitchen to prepare and serve. Products may be raw, par-cooked or cooked; check each product listing and follow its preparation and storage instructions.
How do I access wholesale pricing?
Yes. Use Apply for wholesale to reach our wholesale entry page and application route. Approved customers can sign in and order online.
How do I choose portions per guest?
Consider the rest of your menu, the type of service and your guests. Enter your chosen portions for each product; the planner calculates quantities without assuming a complete meal.
Can I collect or arrange delivery?
