These premium Par-Cooked Chicken Breast Schnitzels are coated in a seasoned panko-style mixed crumb and snap frozen for convenient preparation. Each schnitzel provides a cooked weight of 200g or more, making them a substantial option for busy foodservice kitchens.

Cook from frozen. This product is par-cooked and is not ready to eat. It must be cooked thoroughly before serving.

Deep fryer: Preheat oil to 180°C. Place the frozen schnitzel in the fryer basket and cook for approximately 3–4 minutes, or until golden and thoroughly cooked.

Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 200°C, or 180°C fan-forced. Place the frozen schnitzel on a lined baking tray and cook for approximately 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and thoroughly cooked.

Air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Place the frozen schnitzel in the basket in a single layer and cook for approximately 12–16 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and thoroughly cooked.

Before serving: Ensure the centre of the schnitzel reaches at least 75°C.
