Description

These 200g Chicken Breast Schnitzels are made with chicken breast and coated in seasoned golden breadcrumbs. Individually portioned for consistent sizing, they are supplied frozen and uncooked for convenient preparation in cafés, restaurants, clubs, schools, caterers, takeaway shops and home kitchens.

Deep fryer: Preheat oil to 180°C and deep fry for 4–5 minutes, or until the crumb is golden brown and the product is completely cooked.

Hot plate or pan: Place on a lightly oiled hot plate or pan and cook for 13–16 minutes over medium-high heat, turning frequently.

Air fryer: Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Lightly spray both sides of the frozen schnitzel with cooking oil and arrange in a single layer without overlapping. Cook for 18–22 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and completely cooked.

Cooking times are a guide only and may vary depending on the appliance and thickness of the product. Ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 75°C in the thickest part before consumption.

Storage: Keep frozen at or below −18°C.
