Hot plate / fry pan: Cook over medium-to-high heat for approximately 13–15 minutes, turning every 3–4 minutes.

Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C. Cook for approximately 16–18 minutes, turning part way through.

Microwave: Cook each patty for approximately 1 minute 20 seconds per side. Rest for 1–2 minutes.

For all cooking methods: Ensure the centre reaches at least 75°C before serving. Angel Bay confirms these Gourmet patties can be cooked from frozen.

Storage: Keep frozen.

If thawed: Keep refrigerated at 4°C or below, use within 48 hours and do not refreeze.
