Description

Tender pieces of chicken threaded onto skewers and coated in a bold Portuguese-style seasoning with savoury herbs, garlic, paprika and a mild chilli flavour.

Ideal for catering, cafés, clubs, schools, functions, BBQs and high-volume foodservice. Available frozen in convenient 12-pack or bulk 48-pack options for easy portion control and preparation.

Cook over medium heat for approximately 12–16 minutes, turning regularly until evenly browned and cooked through.

Oven:

Preheat oven to 200°C. Place kebabs on a lined baking tray and cook for approximately 18–25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

Air Fryer:

Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Place kebabs in the basket in a single layer and cook for approximately 12–16 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

Storage: Keep frozen at or below −18°C.
