Cook from frozen. This product must be fully cooked before consumption.

Deep fryer: Preheat oil to 180°C. Deep fry for approximately 3½–4½ minutes, until the crumb is golden brown. Check the internal temperature before serving.

Hot plate or pan: Place on a lightly oiled hot plate or pan and cook over medium-high heat for approximately 11–14 minutes, turning frequently.

Air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Lightly brush or spray both sides of the frozen schnitzel with cooking oil. Place flat in the basket in a single layer, leaving space for air to circulate. Do not overlap or stack.

Allow approximately 16–20 minutes, turning halfway through. Start checking the internal temperature after 14 minutes. If necessary, continue cooking in 2–3 minute intervals until the centre of the thickest part reaches at least 75°C.

For all cooking methods: Cooking times are a guide only and vary depending on the appliance, product thickness and quantity being cooked. Use a food thermometer to check that each schnitzel reaches an internal temperature of at least 75°C in the thickest part before serving. A golden crumb alone does not confirm that the chicken is fully cooked.
