COOKING SUGGESTIONS
Must be fully cooked to a center temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If the product is thawed, halve the following cooking times.

Hot Plate / Frypan (Angus 180 g)
Cook from frozen for 7 minutes per side on a hot plate or frypan.

Conventional Oven (Angus 120 g, 180 g)
Cook from frozen for 20 minutes at 200°C.

Microwave (1000w) (Angus 180g)
Cook each patty from frozen on high for 3 minutes 30 seconds (turning 2-3 times). (Times may vary depending on quantity heated and oven power)
