Method

  1. Pre-heat air fryer to 175 °C.
  2. Whisk egg in a small bowl.
  3. Mix bread crumbs and oil together in a second bowl until mixture becomes crumbly.
  4. Dip each tenderloin into the bowl of egg; shake off any residual egg. Dip chicken in the crumb mixture, making sure it is evenly coated. 
  5. Lay tenderloins into the basket of the air fryer. Cook for at least 12 minutes.
