Air Fried Chicken Schnitzel Parmigiana

Ingredients

2 Triple C 200g or 250g Chicken Schnitzels

Mozzarella Cheese

Marinara Sauce

Method

1. Place the schnitzel in the basket of the air fryer at 400 °C for 5 minutes on each side.

2. Pull the schnitzel out and top with the marinara sauce and mozzarella. Place the schnitzel back in the air fryer at 400°C for 3 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
